“Personal training is costly…” you say to yourself. Now, you can have all the benefits of a private session at a fraction of the cost. Here’s how:
You can now join a small group yoga or fitness class with us! We are elated to announce that you can achieve your healthy start or take your fitness level up a notch with our newly obtained 350 sq. ft home studio! The very “zen” space is quaint and can become your wellness escape.
The space accomodates individuals and small groups up to 5 people for classes and private sessions. It’s equipped with top of the line, functional fitness equipment enhancing your body’s way to move regardless of ability or skill level.
Equipment includes a Quantum Elliptical, kickboxing bag, Hex dumbbells, Star Trac V Bike Spinner, MVe Pilates Fitness chair, bands, yoga accessories, and Bosu balance trainers.
Our in-home services and new studio co-exist to provide you with more options to help you better reach your health goals. Small group training sessions ensure your success through accountability, and they are a cost-effective way to get the benefits of personal training.

Class Descriptions
LUSCIOUS LEGS - DAZZLING DERRIERE: Ready to feel and see a difference in those legs? This training series combines elements of fat-burning cardio with intervals of total body sculpting. Tighten and lift your buns, tone and define your legs by meshing calisthenics with the use of light equipment (Bosus, medicine balls, bands, and dumbbells). A great class for both new exercisers and veterans.
PRENATAL YOGA: This session helps you to achieve optimum health and enjoyment during pregnancy. Have fun while we modify yoga postures and use relevant props to accommodate your growing belly. This class is a GREAT way to bond with baby and to build a strong and flexible body for baby to enter the world from.
Here’s how it works:

You personally commit to the session series of your choice. You will be grouped up with 2-4 others who have committed to the same session time and format. You’ll receive the benefits of personal training and be confident that what you’re doing will get you the results you want, in the safest and most efficient way.
Why do I have to make a commitment? Your success depends entirely on your application to the private group training program. The first session is enough to feel better, at the third session you’ll perform better, and at the final session your clothes will fit differently.
